Shipping Policy
Shipping From Location:
All items are shipped directly from our US warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Shipping Time:
The handling time for an order depends on stock availability. If the item(s) are in stock and the order information is complete, it can be shipped as soon as the same day after cleared payment. If an item is not popular or is back-ordered, it may take 10 days or more to process.
- Standard Shipping: Usually 1 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Usually 2 to 4 days after tracking is provided.
Note: The shipping method chosen during checkout does not affect handling time. If you would like to know the shipping origin and expected delivery time of a specific item, please contact us.
Return, Exchange, & Warranty

It is one of our most important goals to make all of our customers happy. You can request to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. We will NOT charge you for parts, labor, or shipping if the item has issue(s) due to us within our warranty period.
Our products come standard with a 1-year limited warranty. We will send you a label for free if there is an issue with the item you purchased from us within one year of delivery, provided the issue is not caused by human error or intentional damage.
Returns Process
If you are in the US: We will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund after receiving the item if the item is not as described, is damaged, or is defective.
Returns for Personal Reasons: (e.g., sold the car, changed mind, didn't like the unit). We can provide a shipping label, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can ship the unit back yourself to our location in Houston, Texas.
Late Returns & Restocking Fees
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges
Prestige Auto Accessories only replaces items within 30 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged before delivery. We will cover the shipping cost.
Two ways to exchange:
- Send back the original item first, and we will send out a replacement after receiving it.
- Advance Replacement: If you prefer to receive the replacement sooner, you may put down a security deposit, and we can send out a replacement before you return the original one. We will refund the deposit once we receive your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service.
