Shipping & Delivery
The item(s) are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days after cleared payment if it is in stock. If it is an item that is not very popular or back-ordered, it may take 10 days or more to process the order.
Shipping Times:
- Express Shipping: Usually 2 to 4 days after tracking is provided.
- Standard Shipping: Usually 4 to 10 days (but can take longer).
- US Warehouse: US customers usually receive items within 1 to 5 days.
Note: The shipping method you choose during checkout does not affect handling time.
If you would like to know the shipping location and expected delivery time of a specific item, please contact us.
Returns & Cancellations
If the item has not been shipped: We can cancel the order and issue you a full refund after you contact us to request a cancellation.
If the item has been shipped: You need to send the item to our location in Houston, Texas after receiving it. We will issue a full refund after we receive the item intact, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
You can contact us and request a return within 30 days after you receive the item. The return shipping address is in Houston, Texas.
- Damaged/Defective/Not as Described: We will provide a shipping label and issue a refund after receiving the item.
- Changed Mind/No Issue: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Product & Support
Instructions are usually provided for the product you purchase. If you have questions, we can be reached conveniently over the phone or on the website via the 'Contact Us' tab and 'Message Us' button.
If not answered instantly, questions are usually addressed within 24 hours.

Ottocast Wireless Adapter
- Enable the Bluetooth and WiFi networks on your phone.
- Make sure your phone is not connected to any other WiFi or Bluetooth networks and remove any hands-free connections from your phone and car system settings.
- Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
- Wait for the interface to appear on the screen.
- On your phone, go to the list of Bluetooth devices and select the one with a name starting with AUTO-xx.
- When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.
- Once connected, select "Use CarPlay" when the notification appears.
- Connect your phone to the adapter and wait until CarPlay appears on the screen.
- Open your web browser and enter the address 192.168.1.101.
- If an update is available, click on it to begin the update process.
- Wait until the update progress bar reaches 100%.
- Once the update is complete and CarPlay reappears on the screen, the update process is finished.
