Shipping & Delivery

The item(s) may be shipped from US warehouses depending on stock availability unless otherwise specified in the options.

The item(s) are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days after cleared payment if it is in stock. If it is an item that is not very popular or back-ordered, it may take 10 days or more to process the order.

Shipping Times:

  • Express Shipping: Usually 2 to 4 days after tracking is provided.
  • Standard Shipping: Usually 4 to 10 days (but can take longer).
  • US Warehouse: US customers usually receive items within 1 to 5 days.

Note: The shipping method you choose during checkout does not affect handling time.

Returns & Cancellations

If the item has not been shipped: We can cancel the order and issue you a full refund after you contact us to request a cancellation.

If the item has been shipped: You need to send the item to our location in Houston, Texas after receiving it. We will issue a full refund after we receive the item intact, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You can contact us and request a return within 30 days after you receive the item. The return shipping address is in Houston, Texas.

  • Damaged/Defective/Not as Described: We will provide a shipping label and issue a refund after receiving the item.
  • Changed Mind/No Issue: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If not answered instantly, questions are usually addressed within 24 hours.

Drone XC Dash Cam

You can connect up to one additional camera to the Drone XC at anytime for a total of 2 channels.
Recordings from external cameras will be saved as separate files. In the future, you will be able to view these video files alongside the front/main camera’s recordings.
Yes. The Drone XC dash camera can be installed as a standalone dash camera with the included harness.
To integrate with an aftermarket remote start/alarm, connect Drone XC to a compatible Firstech control module. Note: additional wire connections are required for Drone XC to be sufficiently powered.
Drone XC is capable of connecting to your smartphone over LTE and local Wi-Fi. You will set up the LTE connection when you add the device/vehicle to your DroneMobile account. For the local Wi-Fi connection, you will need to tap the pairing button on the Drone XC dash cam and then select the Drone XC in your smartphone’s network settings.

Ottocast Wireless Adapter

No, it is not necessary to re-pair the adapter each time it is used. Once it has been properly set up, your phone will automatically connect to the adapter when your vehicle is started.
The adapter is equipped with both WiFi and Bluetooth hardware. It will connect to your phone via Bluetooth and send the WiFi credentials. Then the adapter will disconnect from the Bluetooth network and operate solely over WiFi.
Yes, this product is compatible with all iPhone models from the iPhone 6 (running iOS 10 or later) and above.
Yes, it is possible to connect multiple phones to the adapter. The adapter will automatically connect to the last paired phone if it is present in the vehicle. If the last paired phone is not available, you can manually connect to the other phone.
  1. Enable the Bluetooth and WiFi networks on your phone.
  2. Make sure your phone is not connected to any other WiFi or Bluetooth networks and remove any hands-free connections from your phone and car system settings.
  3. Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
  4. Wait for the interface to appear on the screen.
  5. On your phone, go to the list of Bluetooth devices and select the one with a name starting with AUTO-xx.
  6. When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.
  7. Once connected, select "Use CarPlay" when the notification appears.
  1. Connect your phone to the adapter and wait until CarPlay appears on the screen.
  2. Open your web browser and enter the address 192.168.1.101.
  3. If an update is available, click on it to begin the update process.
  4. Wait until the update progress bar reaches 100%.
  5. Once the update is complete and CarPlay reappears on the screen, the update process is finished.
